galvanized All steel A G Body products are constructed from zinc-coated(.06 mil of zinc per square foot) A60 Galvannealed steel for superior paintability and corrosion resistance.

steel We use 3003 alloy Aluminum Tread Brite for our aluminum diamond plate components and products. Tread Brite is not only lighter weight than steel, but it is also skid resistant, resistant to atmospheric corrosion, non-sparking, and non-magnetic.
At A G Body we believe in using the best materials available for our products. That is why we choose to use Eberhard hardware on our products. For over 100 years, Eberhard has been an industry leader in providing high quality hardware. Eberhard uses only the highest quality materials and workmanship in the manufacture of their products and provides a benchmark of quality for all other hardware manufacturers. This is the same quality that A G Body provides to customers in our finished products.
A G Body has invested in state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled machinery in its Metal Forming and Welding operations. These control systems provide fast setup and produce precision quality parts. We employ the latest in tooling design for Punching and Forming operations. These tooling systems allow us great flexibility in design to meet our customer's needs. We also use the latest in Computerized Engineering and Manufacturing software systems to remain as competitive and productive as possible.
Our Universal Drawers and Loadboss Storage Drawers feature a chip resistant, high gloss Powder Coat enamel finish. This finish is achieved by applying electrically charged polyester particles to a chemically cleaned and pretreated surface. The parts are then baked at 450 degrees to melt and chemically cure the finish. This is the most Environmentally Friendly paint system available today!
Our products feature the UNI-GRIP SD-12109 flange mount bulb rubber seal. The heart of the UNI-GRIP system is its continuous flexible steel core which grips the flange and provides a secure mounting system. The core is moulded into a one-piece extrusion with attached bulb using the finest EPDM closed cell rubber. The flange trim is offset to protect the bulb seal from wear and tear at this critical high impact area.
